BENQ SCREENBAR MAX

BenQ ScreenBar Max is a desk light designed for dual-monitor workstations, combining wide front lighting, ambient-balancing backlighting, and automatic lighting functions. BenQ ASYM-TriZone Light? optics create a controlled and wide light pattern on the desk that reduces reflections on the displays and direct glare. The light is also suitable for single- or dual-monitor workstations using monitor arms.

ASYM-TriZone Light? utilizes an asymmetric optical structure, downward-directed light, and a reflective aluminum structure to direct light onto the working area. The 36-degree shielding angle helps reduce screen reflections and direct light reaching the eyes. Center illumination is up to 1400 lux at a height of 71 cm, and the illumination area at 500 lux is 135 × 58 cm. The color rendering of the front light is Ra = 95 and Rf = 96.

The brightness can be continuously adjusted between 1?100% and the color temperature between 2700?6000 K. Auto-Dimming Mode adjusts the lighting according to the environment, while Auto Light On/Off automates the use of the light based on the user’s presence. The integrated touch controller can be used to control brightness, color temperature, and the front and back lights. Screen Reading Mode and Favorite Mode are also available.

ScreenBar Max attaches to the desktop with a compact desk clamp suitable for desktops up to 6 cm thick and requiring 9 × 7 cm of desk space. The light can also be used with one or two monitor arms. For glass desks and workstations where clamp mounting is not suitable, the ScreenBar Max Base desk stand is available separately.

Note: ScreenBar Max cannot be powered via USB-C. The light uses a separate connection for the included power adapter. BenQ recommends using the included power adapter to ensure a stable power supply and sufficient brightness.
